Refund Policy:

Our refund policy is very simple.

As it pertains to our “Premium Full Service” package:

We offer a free month of service with our “Pay per Delete” plan. After your free month of service is over you choose whether or not to continue. Should you choose not to continue simply email us at CancelMyService@CreditRepairNorthWest.com and let us know your intentions. We will be messaging you as well as it gets closer to the time that your report is due to update.

If you choose to continue after your free month you will be charged $99 for a full client set up, registration, and complete credit audit. This will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your payment being processed.

As it pertains to our “Get Mortgage Ready” package:

The $99 fee will be charged at the time of sign up. If you cancel within 5 days your fee will be fully refundable.

If after 60 days there has been no score improvement or deletions based on our work and client has followed our counseling advice regarding ratios on existing lines of credit then a full refund will be provided no questions asked. This offer will be voided if client applies for credit or has new negatives appear on the credit report. Both of these will result in a lowering of the score.

As it pertains to our “DIY” package:

There is no registration fee charged at the time of sign up. You will however be charged a monthly fee of $29. This fee is only refundable if you do not log into the system. This is tracked by your ip, location, and login in info. You can also pay for 3 and 6 month increments at a discount.

As it pertains to our “Public Records Removal” package:

The $99 fee will be charged at the time of sign up. If you cancel within 5 days your fee will be fully refundable.

If after 90 days there has been no deletions based on our work then you will be fully refunded your registration fee.
